INSTRUCTIONS

Download* the order form and return with payment:

*NOTE: Download the most current version. As plants sell out, the order form will be updated.

Tips on returning the order form electronically to bcgc.treasurer1@gmail.com (preferred)

• 1. Download the form, then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Select the Fill & Sign feature. Fill in the form, then email it as an attachment.

OR

• 2. Print the form and fill in by hand. Scan or take a picture of the completed form and email it as an attachment.

Alternatively, mail the printed document with payment as indicated on the form.
