Hi all

Maybe some of your saw my article in the Bowie Blade
last week about feeding the birds and the reaction I
received from City Hall.  How timely that our speaker this
month is from the National Wildlife Federation about
feeding birds in your backyard.  Is there a conflict of
interest in the City of Bowie?  Does the right hand know
what the left hand is doing?   As Rich Dodson would
share "not a sermon......................."
